1. Vacant to Vibrant Program
San Francisco Vacant to Vibrant program activates vacant commercial spaces with pop-up businesses and community programming. Grants cover rent, build-out, and operational costs. Up to $20,000+ per activation.
2. SBA 504 Loan Program
Long-term, fixed-rate financing for commercial real estate purchases and renovation. Only 10% down required. Up to $5 million.
3. SF Public Works Bids
City of SF public works construction bids for street improvements, building renovations, and infrastructure projects. Typically $50,000 to $5 million+.
